FERC buckling down on companies that have not filed a baseline through efiling
Commission staff has identified 254 companies with market-based rate tariffs that may have failed to comply with this requirement. These companies, which are listed with their original docket numbers in the Appendix, must within 30 days from the date of this order file one of the following: 1) a baseline electronic filing of their currently effective market-based rate tariff in compliance with Order No. 714 requirements;3 2) the docket number of the proceedings where a baseline electronic filing has been made; 3) the docket number of the proceedings where their market-based rate tariff has been cancelled or otherwise modified; or 4) a request to cancel their market-based rate tariff.
